Here is the front end with head tube, bottom bracket, and seat tube all attached. The top and downtubes are OX Platinum, the rest will be 4130 chromoly and all tubing comes from U.S. sources.
Here is a closer look at the integrated head tube. For those who don't know, an integrated head tube allows for the headset bearings to fit into the frame without the need for headset cups. This is pretty much standard (no pun intended) issue for all modern BMX frames. Check those welds dude!
Speaking of no bearing cups needed, here is the mid bottom bracket shell. The bearings just press right into the frame. Good stuff and so much easier to work on when installing and removing cranksets.
This is where you say, "why the fuck are you showing me a tube with a hole in it?" Well, because I can? This is where the removable cable guides will go. You see, we don't know if you want to run brakes or not. If you don't want to run brakes, why have all this extra stuff sticking out of the frame if you ain't gonna use it?
So there you have it. A frame during the build process. How often do you get to see these details? Made in the U.S.A. so the money you put into our frames goes right back into your economy to support people who actually ride and would love to make you more bicycle parts.
