Prototype MTB frame is ready for testing.

Here is the completed frame still in the stand at Peacock Groove. It has all the cable routing for front and rear derailleurs, brakes, and 2 sets of water bottle mounts.

Bringing frame home to assemble it. This method uses a lot less energy than a container ship coming from Taiwan.....:-)

Here is the initial complete build for testing. We are waiting on an XC fork so we can put the matching front wheel on, but until then, we will test with this 100mm DJ fork. The angles look sick and initial riding around feels really good.

Here are the specs:

16" frame (for riders 5'6" to 5'10" tall)

Top Tube: 23.25 effective.
BB Height: 35mm drop from rear axle.
ChainStay Length: 425mm to most forward position (about 30mm adjustability). Production frame will have more when custom f-bom dropout is water jet cut to our spec.
Head Angle: 72
Seat Tube Angle: 73
100mm suspension corrected.
Weight 4lbs 4oz

Attention to detail. Notice the ovalized seat and down tube at the bottom bracket. We did this to help reduce side to side flex while standing and pedaling. It will help transfer more power to the rear wheel where it belongs instead of that power being wasted on a flexing frame.

We will be doing some testing and updates as we go along. Check back often for more pictures and info about how this frame rides.
